We spent yesterday morning at nearby Shaker Village with my parents and really enjoyed ourselves. John enjoyed the animals, walking around, and even sat quietly through a history and singing performance that lasted 20 minutes. We always knew he was above average. ;)
The village was beautiful and simple, and learning little bits about their culture with the visiting septuagenarians was fun. We're not sure how they made much of an impact since they were strict celibates!
